Final presentation Tuesday 20 June 2017

Students presented and discussed their results from four different interventions around sustainable food practices: (i) a film produced and shown with interviews around food practices, (ii) several games for children prepared and offered on the broad topic of recycling-reuse (incl. food packaging), (iii) collection, cooking and degustation of several recipes with offal, and (iv) a three weeks compost experiment both with individual households as well as for four restaurants. All interventions were systematically analysed with observations, surveys, interviews, informal talks and scientific reports written. A German language Brochure of core results is at the moment in preparation and should be ready by Fall 2017.
